Based on the hit comic book series "The Crow", a new incarnation where Sergeant Mark Leung and his wife are murdered and their daughter Isabelle taken by a Triad run human trafficking ring. Mark's partner Caitlin races to locate them before the trail runs cold and her chance at rescuing Isabelle disappears into the criminal underworld with them.
